Who operates the platform

The Nubi logistics workspace at https://app.nubitrans.com is operated by Общество с ограниченной ответственностью «НУБИТРАНС» (ООО «НУБИТРАНС»), a limited liability company registered in the Republic of Belarus, using the Nubi Trans / Nubi Trans Corporation brand. “NUBITRANS LLC” is an English explanatory rendering, not an English registered name established by the supplied documents.

Information used by the workspace

We process the information you provide when you create an account, join a company, complete a profile, post a shipment, submit an offer, send a message, contact support or use company tools. This can include your name, email, company details, business contacts, routes, cargo details, quotes, messages, CRM records and documents you voluntarily submit for company review. Technical information associated with operating the service can include IP addresses, browser information, timestamps and security logs.

Sign in with Google

When you choose Google sign-in, Google and our authentication provider, Supabase, supply basic account identity information such as your Google account identifier, email address, name and profile picture, where available. We use that information to authenticate you and associate your session with your Nubi account. Nubi does not receive your Google password. This login integration does not request access to your Gmail messages, Google Drive files, contacts or calendar.

You can remove Nubi's access through your Google account's third-party connections settings. Removing that connection does not itself delete your Nubi account or the business records already stored in the workspace. Contact us to request account or data deletion.

How information is used and shared

Information is used to provide accounts and company workspaces, display requests and offers, support communication, review voluntarily submitted company documents, provide support, deliver account and service notifications, and protect the service against misuse.

Information that you publish in a profile, shipment request or offer is shared with the relevant marketplace participants according to the feature and its access rules. Messages are available to the relevant conversation participants. Company CRM information is intended for authorized company members. Authorized platform staff may access information needed for support, document review, security or administration. Avoid putting private identification documents, account credentials or unnecessary personal information in public listings.

We use service providers to operate the platform, including Supabase for authentication and data services, Alibaba Cloud for application hosting, and Resend for transactional email. Information necessary for those functions is processed by those providers. Google processes your Google sign-in under its own privacy policy. We may disclose information when required by applicable law. Data may be processed outside your country, including on application infrastructure in Hong Kong; locations also depend on the relevant service provider and project configuration.

Browser storage and security

The application uses browser storage for authentication sessions and preferences such as language and currency. Clearing browser storage can sign you out or reset preferences. Access controls and encrypted connections help protect data, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Keep your credentials private and sign out on shared devices.

Retention and your choices

We retain information while needed to operate your account and workspace, provide the requested service, handle support and disputes, or meet applicable obligations. Deletion requests are reviewed in context: shared business records, security records, backups or records required by law may need to be retained. We will explain any relevant limits when responding to a request; we do not promise immediate deletion from every backup.

You can update information through available account and company controls. You can contact nubiautotrans@gmail.com to request access, correction, a copy of your information, or deletion. We may need to verify that the request comes from the account holder or an authorized company representative. Additional rights depend on applicable law. Notification settings, where available, control optional alerts; essential account and security communications may still be necessary.
