Nubi Trans Terms of Use

Effective date: 8 October 2026.

The platform

The provider of the Nubi logistics workspace at https://app.nubitrans.com is Общество с ограниченной ответственностью «НУБИТРАНС» (ООО «НУБИТРАНС»), a limited liability company registered in the Republic of Belarus, using the Nubi Trans / Nubi Trans Corporation brand. “NUBITRANS LLC” is an English explanatory rendering, not an English registered name established by the supplied documents.

State registration number: 193655054. Registered on 2 November 2022 by the Minsk City Executive Committee. Registered office: Республика Беларусь, г. Минск, ул. The workspace helps cargo owners, carriers, freight forwarders and other logistics providers publish requests, exchange offers, communicate and manage business information.

Accounts and authority

Provide accurate account and company information, protect your login and use company workspaces only with appropriate authority. You are responsible for information and actions submitted through your account. Report suspected unauthorized access promptly.

Requests, offers and transport services

Participants are responsible for checking counterparties, route coverage, vehicle suitability, cargo details, service inclusions and exclusions, prices, payment terms, permits and required documents before agreeing to a service. State oversized cargo dimensions and other material requirements accurately. Do not assume that an offer covers an entire route or every service unless its scope explicitly says so.

Selecting an offer or recording a shipment status in Nubi does not itself process payment or guarantee a binding transport booking. Participants arrange transport contracts and payments directly. Services offered separately by ООО «НУБИТРАНС» under the Nubi Trans brand require their own agreed scope and terms; using this workspace alone does not purchase those services.

Company documents and trust information

Company document submission and review are optional trust signals. Being unverified or awaiting document review does not itself prevent registration, posting a shipment, viewing open freight or submitting an offer. Role permissions and shipment lifecycle rules remain separate. A document status or badge does not guarantee service quality, capacity, booking, payment, insurance or subscription access.

Plans and fees

Nubi charges no platform transaction commission on freight deals. Workspace subscriptions and optional services, where offered, are separate. A plan provides only the features and limits identified as available for that plan; planned features are not delivered services. Approximate currency conversions are informational, not a guaranteed settlement rate. Any paid purchase must state its applicable price, billing period, renewal, cancellation and refund conditions before purchase. These terms do not create an automatic subscription or authorize a charge by themselves.

Acceptable use and business content

Use the platform for lawful activity. Do not submit fraudulent requests, misrepresent a company or vehicle, post unlawful cargo, infringe others' rights, misuse private information, spam participants or bypass access controls. You must have authority to share uploaded records and contacts. The platform does not authorize avoidance of customs, taxes or legal transport requirements.

You retain your rights in content you submit. You allow Nubi to store, process and display that content as needed to provide the features you use, including sharing requests, offers and messages with their intended recipients. Company members must respect the confidentiality and access restrictions of their workspace.

Availability, support and restrictions

Features depend on the account role, plan and current product availability. The platform cannot guarantee continuous availability, a response from a provider or a successful shipment. Report problems through the support area or nubiautotrans@gmail.com. Access may be restricted when necessary to address misuse, unauthorized access or legal requirements. These terms do not exclude rights or responsibilities that applicable law does not permit to be excluded.

Ending use and changes

You may stop using the platform and request account closure by contacting support. Shared business records and other retained information are handled as explained in the Privacy Policy. We will publish updated terms with an effective date and communicate material changes through an appropriate platform or account channel.
