01

Compare the same shipment and scope

Check that both providers are quoting the same cargo, route and ready dates. Mark pickup, main transport, customs support, final delivery and insurance as included, excluded or needing clarification. An unanswered item is not an included service.

02

Keep currencies and extra charges visible

Compare original currencies and identify any approximate conversions separately. Ask about surcharges, storage, waiting, loading and other potential additions. Confirm which taxes or duties are excluded; a customs-service fee is not the same as the tax itself.

03

Read the dates and payment terms together

Check offer expiry, estimated transit time and the starting point of that estimate. Compare when payment is due, not just the percentage. For a split payment, ask what event triggers the remaining amount.

04

Clarify before choosing

Ask open questions in the offer conversation and keep the answer with the offer. If the scope or price changes, request an updated proposal. On Nubi, selecting an offer starts discussion; it is not itself a transport booking or confirmation that delivery is complete.

Before you continue

  • Both offers cover the same cargo and services.
  • Original currency and possible extras are clear.
  • Validity, transit estimate and payment timing are understood.
  • Unclear items have written answers.
